Chelsea beat Tottenham to retain their lead at the top of the table
United sit 11 points behind Chelsea, while the Gunners and Spurs trail by three and seven points respectively.
"Man City and Liverpool. They are both good. If we want to be there at the end, then we have to finish above them," he told The Telegraph.
Chelsea have beaten Man United and Spurs on their stunning run of seven league wins and Hazard knows a win against Man City next weekend would show they really mean business.
“Of course it would,” the 25-year-old added. “We know it’s always difficult to win there.
"They beat Burnley and they have a lot of good players – [Sergio] Aguero and [Kevin] De Bruyne. I hope it will be a good game and if we can win there it will be good.
“We want to keep going like this and we don’t want to stop now. We are full of confidence and we want to win every game.”
