But the Welshman now looks set to miss Tottenham's visit of West Ham on November 19 and the trip to Chelsea the following week.
A vital Champions League clash with Group E leaders Monaco at the Stade Louis II is sandwiched between the Premier League games.
"It's not too good at the moment, I've just got to get ready," Davies said at the Football Association of Wales awards last night.

"It will be a good couple of weeks after this one to get back fit, so I've just got to work hard."
The news will come as a blow to Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino, who revealed over the weekend midfielder Dele Alli is set to be sidelined with a knee injury for a similar period.
