Willems, who is entering the final year of his contract at PSV, has impressed in Holland, and already has 20 caps for the national team.However ESPN claim the Reds are not planning a move for the Dutch defender. Jurgen Klopp has made signing a new left-back a priority this summer. Doubts remain over first-choice left-back Alberto Moreno, while his deputy Brad Smith is set to join Bournemouth in a £6million deal. Liverpool had been targeting a move for Leicester's Ben Chilwell, but he is now close to agreeing a new deal with the Foxes. The Reds have also been linked other full-backs including Jordan Amavi and Toni Lato.
