Confirmed: Everton complete first summer signing
EVERTON have completed the transfer of Coventry striker Bassala Sambou.
Bassala Sambou has signed a three-year deal at Everton
The 18-year-old impressed for the Sky Blues' Under-21 side last season, scoring 25 goals.
Sambou has signed a three-year deal at Goodison Park, keeping him at the club until June 2019.
David Unsworth said: "I tracked his progress over the whole of last season and he'll be a quality player to take into the Under-21 group and he's a really exciting prospect for the future.
"We're pleased to be able to take him here as I believe he'll be a Premier League player in the future."

Everton are currently searching for a new manager after sacking Roberto Martinez last month.
And the Toffees chairman Bill Kenwright is reportedly confident of appointing Southampton boss Ronald Koeman by the end of the weekend.
