Young has only played 45 minutes for the first team since the middle of January
Young had been out for three months with a groin injury which saw him come off in the 1-0 win over Liverpool in January.
But he played for the under-21s earlier this month and then made his first-team comeback with 45 minutes against Tottenham at White Hart Lane.
And the 30-year-old believes if Louis van Gaal affords him the opportunity to play he can be fit for United's Wembley clash with Crystal Palace on May 21.
"I would have enjoyed it more if we'd won the game," Young added.
"It was obviously a disappointing day.
"I played there when I was younger, I played there a couple of times.
"Of course I enjoy playing in the team, I enjoy it wherever I'm called upon to play and I'll always give 110 per cent, and if the manager calls upon me to play there again then I'm more than delighted to do that."
