And, according to ESPN, Mourinho is still confident he will be United boss for next season.

The Portuguese was sacked by Chelsea in December and has turned down jobs since with the understanding being he hopes to be at United.
He was publicly offered the Syria job last week and clubs in Italy and Spain are thought to have made contact.
ESPN also report Mourinho wants five new players to join him with Renato Sanches, the young Portuguese winger, thought to be close to a deal.
A number of current United players are concerned for their futures with Michael Carrick out of contract this summer.
Former players are also split, with Diego Forlan saying: "I think with what they have gone through in the past two years United would be better to have a coach with Mourinho’s experience."

However Dwight Yorke wants to see Ryan Giggs in charge.
He said: "If the manager were to leave the football club at the end of his contract, then my appointment would be Ryan Giggs, for sure. He is somebody who is really knowledgeable about the football club and would gain the respect.
"He's also had three years as an assistant now. I feel the time is right, as soon as Van Gaal's contract finishes.
"At the moment, the team is not where we want to be but at the same time, we are in a relatively decent position to try and make something of the end of the season."
