The Gunners have made preliminary contact with the midfielder's agent, after first-team coach Neil Banfield personally ran the rule over the teenager. But Milan are determined to keep hold of the youngster, and have even given him guarantees of first-team football.Locatelli is yet to make his Serie A debut for Milan, although he has been included eight matchday squads.
