And Italian outlet Tuttosport claim Milan may be forced to sell the talented youngster as they look to balance their books.
The report adds Manchester United have lined up the teenager as a replacement for David De Gea, while Manchester City are also interested in the goalkeeper.
But they face competition for his signature form La Liga giants Barcelona and Real Madrid.
Milan are reluctant to sell Donnarumma, and are expected to offer him a new contract, but even that wouldn’t stop any potential transfer.
"I'd compare him to a (piece by Italian artist Amadeo) Modigliani," the teenager's representative told Mediaset Premium.
"He's worth €170m (£132.5m). He has a great future. He's an extraordinary kid and everyone loves him. He's already a little champion but he can become a great one."
