Cavani, 29, is expected to leave Paris Saint-Germain this summer, with Juventus keen on his signature.
Chelsea and Manchester United have been linked with moves for the Uruguay international as both clubs face the possibility of starting the new season with new managers.
Express Sport understands Conte, 46, has been lined up to succeed Guus Hiddink at Stamford Bridge.
Tuttosport claim Juventus also want to sign Cavani
Everything is possible in football
Chelsea are reportedly willing to hand Conte a £150million transfer budget to overhaul the squad once his stint as Italy head coach ends after Euro 2016.
But Juve remain the favourites to sign Cavani, according to Italian media, and there are claims he will become their first-choice striker alongside Paulo Dybala next season, with Alvaro Morata and Simone Zaza offloaded to make room.
Discussing a move away from PSG and the potential of landing in Turin, Guglielmone added that a deal was far from being agreed.
“Everything is possible in football. (Juve) are a prestigious club with a great history and a fantastic present moment," he said.
“In three months everything can change. Edinson could stay at PSG, who have an ambitious project, but also he could change.
“It will depend on many aspects, for now he only needs to think about winning the Champions League.
“Cavani with Dybala? Well, they would form one of the strongest partnerships in Europe. But for now my brother plays with PSG."
