ARSENAL and Chelsea could miss out on key transfer targets if Juventus sell Paul Pogba to raise cash for a spending spree, according to reports.

Pogba, 22, could leave Juve this summer after emerging as one of the hottest talents in world football.
Spanish duo Barcelona and Real Madrid are said to be interested in his signature, as are Paris Saint-Germain.
Manchester City and Chelsea have both been linked to the France international but there are claims he is not interested in playing in the Premier League.
The north London club have been linked with a swoop for Real Madrid midfielder Isco since last summer and a bid after Euro 2016 is expected.
Real are reportedly willing to listen to offers for their 23-year-old playmaker as head coach Zinedine Zidane looks to sign his own players.
And to complete Juve's triple swoop Tuttosport claim they will offer Zenit St Petersburg a handsome fee to part with Belgium international Axel Witsel.
