The Spurs manager has swapped both full-backs Kyle Walker and Danny Rose with Kieran Trippier and Ben Davies, respectively, from Saturday's 2-2 with Arsenal.
And midfielders Tom Carroll, Josh Onomah and Ryan Mason have come into the starting XI with Eric Dier and Mousa Dembele being rested and Dele Alli out through suspension.
Son Heung-min comes in for Eric Lamela as Nacer Chadli leads the Spurs attack in place of the benched Harry Kane.
