The agent of Andriy Yarmolenko has talked up Arsenal's chance of signing his client, claiming the Dynamo Kiev winger has turned down a move to Barcelona in favour of the Premier League.

Representative Vadim Shabliy told Ukrainian website SportFile: "Was there interest on the part of Barcelona? There was.
