JURGEN KLOPP has given his verdict on Alex Teixeira's £38.5million move to Chinese side Jiangsu Suning.
Liverpool tried to sign Teixeira during the January transfer window, with chief executive Ian Ayre flying out to the USA for talks with Shakhtar Donetsk.
But the Reds did not meet the Ukrainian club's valuation of the player and failed with a £24.5m offer.
And Teixeira has since completed a surprising move to the Chinese Super League, where he will reportedly be paid £147,000 a week.
