Tottenham and Southampton told they must fork out extra £7m for star target
PALERMO will not sell reported Tottenham and Southampton target Franco Vazquez for anything less than £21.5million.

Club president Maurizio Zamparini has warned the Premier League suitors, and Serie A giants Milan, that he will not negotiate the price.
“I can’t sell Vazquez in January, they’d kill me in Palermo,” Zamparini told Tuttosport.
Southampton also had a similar offer snubbed, it is claimed.
But Milan remain favourites to sign the Argentine, who arrived from Palermo from Belgrano back in 2011.
The player has scored once for his club this season and picked up three yellow cards as Palermo battle to stave off relegation.
