Cech joined the Gunners in a £10million move from the Blues last month.
The veteran shot-stopper has adjusted to life quickly at the Emirates and lifted the Community Shield last Sunday after Arsenal beat Chelsea 1-0 at Wembley.
And though he hasn't spent much time working under Wenger, Cech has been quick to compare him to Mourinho.
"The one thing that is similar is that neither of them wants to lose any game," Cech told Match of the Day magazine.
"It’s very easy for me to speak about Jose but difficult to speak about Mr. Wenger because I haven’t had many opportunities to work with him yet, but I should say that I was very impressed when I met him for the first time.”
Cech also claims he has been having conversations with Wenger in French, adding: "I can, yes! I speak five languages which actually makes it easier when you join a new team.

"You can settle much quicker because you can help team-mates much faster and better. People need to be careful around me, though – I can understand everything.”
