Mourinho has hit back at Rio Ferdinand over John Stones.
Ferdinand claimed Everton centre-half Stones would be a 'lunatic' if he wanted to join the Blues just to sit on the bench.
But Mourinho said: "I don’t speak about players from other clubs when the competition starts in two days but maybe Rio has a contract with Manchester United?
“With any player at Chelsea, how much he plays depends on him and not me."
Chelsea have had two bids for Stones rejected.
Mourinho claims he has no idea whether Diego Costa will be fit to face Swansea.

Mourinho also claims he sold a lot of his Chelsea stars, because they didn't have the stomach to fight for a starting spot.
He said: "The players we have had in the past were good enough for Chelsea but we sold them because they didn’t want to stay and compete for a place."
