Reports yesterday suggested that Pogba had agreed in principle to join his hometown club, after they offered him £165,000-a-week in wages.
But now Goal claims PSG have also had a £58million offer for the 22-year-old accepted by Juve.
Manchester United, Chelsea and Manchester City all had hopes of bringing the player back to the Premier League this summer.
It has been suggested that the trio could still hijack PSG's move but only if they were to offer substantially improved personal terms.
PSG president Nasser Al Khelaifi admitted last week that he had met Pogba to discuss a move, saying: "Why did I meet him? Because he is a great talent.

"He is French, a Parisian even. But all the big clubs want him."
But Juve sporting director Giuseppe Marotta responded last night saying: "It was an occasional meeting. They spoke about football. We don't want to sell Paul."
