"We can feel how close we are but there’s still a lot of hard work to do," Cahill told the club's official website.
"We want to keep pushing. We are not bothered where we do it; we just want to do it as soon as we can. The longer it goes, it’s added pressure.
"I have seen so many twists and turns in football I don’t even like talking about it until it’s done.

"We are going to keep pushing and trying to reach the goal we aimed to achieve from the very first game of the season.
"We’ve done all the hard work to get ourselves in this position. We need to keep concentrated when we go to Leicester; they’re playing very well and getting a lot of results at the minute."
