Arsene Wenger explains how Olivier Giroud has IMPROVED since £13m Arsenal move
ARSENE WENGER believes Olivier Giroud has improved significantly as a player since arriving at the Emirates.
Arsene Wenger pleased with Olivier Giroud's progression at Arsenal
The Gunners paid £13m for Giroud in 2012 after the striker bagged 21 goals to help Montpellier claim their first Ligue 1 title.
The France international has since notched up 47 goals in all competitions for Arsenal.
And Wenger is happy with Giroud's development, after the 28-year-old scored and set up Mesut Ozil in last weekend's 5-0 win over Aston Villa.

Technically he has improved, his feet have improved, his movement has improved
Arsenal were without the target man for around three months after he fractured his foot two games into this season, and another two matches for the straight red he picked up against QPR.
"He's much more focused, technically he has improved, his feet have improved, his movement has improved and he has a big presence in the game" Wenger said.
"It's no coincidence that when he comes back, you feel strong."
