Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino has no idea when Kyle Walker will return
MAURICIO POCHETTINO still doesn’t know when Kyle Waker could be back for Tottenham.
The England right-back has missed the start of the season with abdominal injury the caused him to miss the World Cup in Brazil.
Walker was forced to undergo surgery at the beginning of September and Spurs boss Pochettino still has no idea when he and Nabil Bentaleb will return.
The Spurs manager said: “It’s impossible to say which day they could be back but we hope soon.”
And he is still in the dark about the progress of 21-year-old American right-back DeAndre Yedlin’s transfer.
Yedlin signed a four-year deal from Seattle Sounders back in August and Pochettino has admitted that Spurs are considering bringing forward his arrival to January.
He added: “We don’t know if he will arrive in January. We need to wait.”
