The La Liga giants are desperate to get their hands on Suarez this summer, and reports in the country claim that the Catalan giants demanded he apologise for the incident before they launch a mega-money bid to sign him.
Liverpool are determined to hold on to the star, but Suarez is said to be keen on a switch to Luis Enrique's side, where he'd form a deadly attack with Lionel Messi and Neymar.
Barcelona are ready to do everything in their power to sign the talismanic hitman, and will offer Alexis Sanchez in an opening bid worth around £30million.
