The 23-year-old is one of the most sought-after defenders in the transfer window, and is set to leave Portugal this summer after expressing his desire to play at the highest level.
Barcelona were keen to land Mangala, but according to Marca, have dropped their interest after being told to cough up a whopping £36million by Porto.

The centre-back has already declared that he would favour a switch to Chelsea over the two Manchester clubs, and Blues boss Jose Mourinho could make a move after the World Cup as he seeks to fill the void left by David Luiz's £50million switch to Paris St-Germain.
However, United and City remain confident they can land Mangala ahead of Chelsea, and will look to match any offer made by the Special One as they prepare for the new Premier League campaign.
