David Moyes (left) has disciplined Chris Smalling (right) for his late-night chanting [GETTY]
The England defender was spotted chanting: "We're Man United, we do what we want!" after leaving a bar in the early hours of Saturday morning.
Smalling is reported to have been on a night out with friends in the Spinningfields district of Manchester, and was apparently singing in the streets at 3:15am.
And Moyes confirmed ahead of the derby tonight (7:45pm) that the 24-year-old has been disciplined for his conduct.

"I've dealt with it and I've spoken to Chris," Moyes said.
"That would be as much as I would want to say on it."
In January, Smalling was forced to apologise for wearing what appeared to be a suicide bomber costume at a party.
