The Eagles goalkeeper, 34, has been told his future is on hold until the summer but he fears he could be ushered out, with Wayne Hennessey waiting in the wings.
Speroni, who becomes a free agent in June, could be prised away after clubs from Turkey, the Netherlands and Portugal signalled their interest.
He said: “I would love to stay at Palace as my family are really settled here.
“But we will have to see how the talks go.”
