TEAM NEWS: Spurs name SEVEN new faces and no senior centre-backs to face Benfica
TOTTENHAM head into Thursday's Europa League last-16 second leg against Benfica without a senior central defender and have named seven players without a first-team appearance.
The kids set to be thrown in at the deep end against Benfica:
Jordan Archer (goalkeeper, 20): Scotland Under-21s international, who spent a loan spell with Wycombe last season. Joined the club's academy ranks in 2009.
Luke McGee (goalkeeper, 18): Made more appearances for Spurs' Under-18s side than any other player last season, featuring 19 times in league action.
Alexander McQueen (defender, 18): A speedy right-back capable of playing at centre-half.
Milos Veljkovic (defender, 18): The Switzerland-born Serbia Under-19s international is highly-rated, with the ability to play in defence and midfield.
Dominic Ball (defender, 18): The centre-back is a Northern Ireland youth international, who has featured for the Under-21s.
Connor Ogilvie (defender, 18): An England youth international, he can play at centre-back and left-back.
Harry Winks (midfielder, 18): A versatile midfielder who won rave reviews with Spurs' Under-18s last season.
Joshua Onomah (midfielder, 16): Central attacking midfielder from Enfield, who has represented at England Under-17s level.
