Manchester United run rule over Arsenal and Man City target Marco Reus
MANCHESTER UNITED have been on a scouting mission to run the rule over Arsenal and Manchester City target Marco Reus.
David Moyes was left exasperated in the summer as United missed out on a host of targets including Cesc Fabregas, Sami Khedira, Daniele De Rossi and Ander Herrera.
And reports suggest United dispatched a scout to watch Reus in action for Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League.
Moyes' assistant Steve Round and coach Jimmy Lumsden to watch Reus and Dortmund beat Napoli 3-1.
Reus' release clause stands at £29 million however this shouldn't deter the aforementioned parties.
The 24-year-old has hit nine goals for Dortmund this season.
He cost £14 million when he moved from Borussia Monchengladbach in 2012.
