Premier League clubs are pushing to get their final deals over the line in the final two days of the January transfer window. Several sides are yet to make any signings, including Manchester United and Chelsea, but plenty of late business is anticipated.
Tottenham have been the busiest ‘Big Six’ outfit this month, signing Timo Werner on a loan-to-buy deal from RB Leipzig and fending off interest from Bayern Munich to acquire the services of Radu Dragusin. Spurs remain keen to sign Chelsea playmaker Conor Gallagher as well in what could be one of the final deals of the window if an agreement is struck with their London rivals.
Title contenders Arsenal and Liverpool appear to be content with their respective squads as both sides have not welcomed any new additions so far, whereas Manchester City have focused on the future with their business by signing teenagers Claudio Echeverri and Alex Alcala on long-term deals.

Brentford have rejected late bids from Girona and Stade Reims for Frank Onyeka, according to Standard Sport.
It's claimed that Girona made a loan offer with the option to buy worth £17m. Reims' bid was also for a loan, although the buy option was higher at £20m.
Fulham and Everton also reportedly showed interest in the 26-year-old, who is currently impressing at AFCON with Nigeria.
However, Brentford believe they can attract better options in the future, and Onyeka is unlikely to depart unless a significantly improved bid arrives.
Facundo Pellistri's agent has scathed Erik ten Hag for his treatment of the winger.
Pellistri is set to join Granada on loan until the end of the season after minimal game time at Manchester United.
"Whether he [Pellistri] returns to Manchester in the middle of the year will depend on the performance he shows [at Granada]. If Ten Hag continues, it's going to be difficult," Edgardo Lasalvia told Sport 890.
"He [Ten Hag] hasn't used him, valued him, or treated him like a professional. He has a loan that the boy decided to go on.
"All of Manchester knew. He [Ten Hag] summoned him against a fourth division team, and he didn't use him."
Crystal Palace are reportedly considering making a late move for West Ham’s Maxwel Cornet.
The Ivory Coast has struggled for minutes since joining the Hammers and his exit could be sanctioned if David Moyes’ side are able to bring in another forward.
According to The Telegraph, Palace are interested in signing Cornet on a six-month loan due to the depth he can provide in numerous positions.
Cornet predominantly plays as a left-winger but has been deployed as a striker, on the right and as a wing-back previously.

Former Premier League midfielder Bolo Zenden has backed Liverpool to move for Real Madrid defender Antonio Rudiger.
"I’m not sure they need another player," Zenden told Betway. "
"I heard some say maybe another striker if Salah is badly injured but if he is out for, say, three weeks, what then? Rudiger and Van Dijk in the centre would be solid, and it would be a big asset to Liverpool if they could go and get him in.

The defender has impressed in the Bundesliga so far this season, with Tottenham recently linked with acquiring his services.
They aren’t alone in their admiration of the Ecuadorian international though, with BILD reporting that United, Liverpool, Arsenal, Real Madrid and Napoli are also in the frame.
A summer move is anticipated for the 22-year-old, and Frankfurt will be hoping that a bidding war breaks out between some of the European giants.
Broja's 'likeliest destination' revealed in Chelsea boost
Fulham are reportedly weighing up a late move for Chelsea forward Armando Broja.
Following an injury sustained by Raul Jimenez on Tuesday night, the Craven Cottage are in the market for attacking reinforcements and are tempted to firm up their interest in Broja.
According to the Evening Standard, Fulham is the striker’s ‘likeliest destination’ after Chelsea rejected a loan offer from Wolves yesterday. Aston Villa and West Ham have also not acted on prior enquiries.
The Blues are demanding a fee of £50million for Broja, but their desire to offload him as soon as possible could see their asking price dropped.

Man Utd open £68million negotiations with Sporting
Manchester United have reportedly opened talks with Sporting as they look to strike a deal for Morten Hjulmand.
Portuguese news outlet Record report that the Red Devils are keen to acquire the services of the midfielder and negotiations are ongoing between the clubs.
Hjulmand has a £68million release clause in his contract, which United are aware of, and Sporting are not willing to entertain any bids which fall short of that mark.
The Portuguese side are not keen to sell the 24-year-old and are willing to offer him the captain’s armband in the hope of retaining his services.
