But Ten Hag will be without the suspended Maguire as well as injured centre-back duo Lisandro Martinez and Raphael Varane. However, Bruno Fernandes is available after missing the 3-0 defeat in Seville due to suspension while Marcus Rashford may start again.
Express Sport looks at how United could line up against Brighton as they look to set up the first ever all-Manchester FA Cup final against arch-rivals Manchester City with four changes expected...
Goalkeeper - David de Gea
Despite having a night to forget in Spain on Thursday, there is no doubt that De Gea will start in goal at Wembley. De Gea remains more than capable of producing the saves to win the match for the Red Devils.

Defence - Dalot, Lindelof, Shaw, Malacia
The first two changes come in defence. At Sevilla, Diogo Dalot played at left-back with Aaron Wan-Bissaka at right-back and Maguire partnering Victor Lindelof in the middle. Maguire though misses out here due to suspension.
With Martinez and Varane unavailable, Ten Hag's options in central defence are limited. He can use Luke Shaw as the left-sided centre-half next to Lindelof given he has played there already multiple times this term.
Or he could perhaps call on a more unorthodox option - Casemiro, Scott McTominay or young Teden Mengi. But it should be Shaw who is selected, with Diogo Dalot returning to his natural right-back role and Tyrell Malacia, who was benched last time out, on the left.
Midfield - Casemiro, Eriksen
Despite struggling against Sevilla, Casemiro and Christian Eriksen should be the two-man midfield tasked with battling the likes of Moises Caicedo and Alexis Mac Allister.
United will need Casemiro to be at peak performance with Brighton's midfield one of the strongest in England at the moment. Fred and Marcel Sabitzer are the alternative options to Eriksen but the Dane should start with the pair then capable of adding second-half energy from the bench.

Attack - Antony, Fernandes, Rashford; Weghorst
After being suspended on Thursday night, Bruno Fernandes slots straight back into the No 10 role that Sabitzer inherited. The influential Portuguese will be huge for United if they are to beat Brighton.
Out wide, Jadon Sancho should be the third change after a poor performance in Spain. Marcus Rashford should replace him on the left wing after his return from injury and will hope to add to his 28 goals this season.
Antony will then start on the right. And Wout Weghorst could be the fourth and final change. The Dutchman may be asked to take up the No 9 role over Anthony Martial again with the view of pressing Brighton's back-line and disrupting their excellent build-up play.
