Crystal Palace are nearing an agreement to bring Lens midfielder Cheick Doucoure to south London in the not-too-distant future, according to French outlet RMC.
A transfer fee of £18m has reportedly been settled on by the two clubs, with final talks now underway in order to wrap up the proposed move.
Palace were rebuffed on their £14.5m opening bid last week but have since increased their offer to match Lens' valuation and are now closing in on Doucoure's services.
Raheem Sterling wants to leave Manchester City in order to join Chelsea this summer.
That's according to Fabrizio Romano, who claims that personal terms have already been discussed between the England international and the Blues.
As mentioned earlier, Chelsea are expected to submit a formal bid for Sterling in the coming days, with Thomas Tuchel a huge admirer of the City forward.
Barcelona winger Ousmane Dembele will make a decision on his immediate future at some point in the next 72 hours, according to The Mirror.
Dembele is yet to sign a new contract with Barcelona despite months of painful negotiations and has been linked with a potential move to Chelsea in recent weeks.
The player's representatives were said to have held talks with Barcelona on Monday but a resolution could not be found, leaving the 25-year-old's future hanging in the balance.
Christian Eriksen is set to wait to make his decision on whether to join Manchester United in order to see how the Red Devils progress in the summer market, according to the Daily Mirror.
Eriksen will be a free agent at the end of this month as things stand and is said to be fielding interest from United, while the likes of Tottenham and Newcastle have also been credited with an interest in securing his signature.
The Dane is prepared to bide his time, though, as he waits to see whether United manage to make any progress in the transfer window over the coming weeks.
Everton are not prepared to include Anthony Gordon in a double deal with Richarlison to join Tottenham this summer, according to the Liverpool Echo.
Recent reports have claimed that Spurs are keen on negotiating moves for both players in order to strengthen their ranks in advance of the upcoming Premier League season.
However, it seems as though a double swoop will be firmly off the table, with Everton unwilling to play ball.
Chelsea's hopes of landing Neymar appear to have taken a hit as a result of the PSG star's determination to stay with his current employers, according to journalist Fabien Guyon.
The Blues have been tentatively linked with an ambitious move for Neymar in recent days amid reports that he could leave Paris before the new season gets underway.
However, it is claimed that he is 'totally concerned' with the task at hand at PSG and wants to stay in order to form a 'shock trio' with Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappe.

Andreas Christensen has admitted that recent months have been 'mentally tough' after deciding to leave Chelsea in order to join Barcelona, with his expected move to the Nou Camp set to be confirmed in the near future.
"Having spent 10 amazing years at this club, I felt now was the right time for a new beginning for me and my family," he said.
"Mentally, the last few months have been tough as it’s not been an easy decision to leave this club and the fans. I’m not the most talkative person so sometimes people don’t understand how much the club and the fans mean to me.
"I will miss the players, staff and everyone here. I wish the best for the club and the fans in the future."
Manchester United will reportedly need to pay around £70m to land Ajax winger Antony before the new Premier League campaign gets underway.
The Red Devils have been linked with the 22-year-old for some time but will have to shell out a mega-money fee in order to secure his services, according to The Mirror.
Antony excelled under Erik ten Hag's guidance at Ajax last season and is thought to be open to the idea of joining United, but whether a deal can be agreed at club level remains to be seen.
Newcastle United have held talks with Leeds United over an exciting swoop for Brazil winger Raphinha this summer.
According to The Northern Echo, a discussion has taken place between the two clubs, with the 25-year-old also linked with Arsenal, Barcelona and Tottenham.
And the Magpies are said to be waiting to see how his situation develops before launching a formal bid.
Barcelona have 'maximum confidence' in winning the race to sign Sevilla centre-back Jules Kounde this summer.
According to AS, Barcelona have spoken to the Frenchman and he is interested in a move to Camp Nou this summer.
Chelsea were initial frontrunners after narrowly missing out on his signature last summer, and Thomas Tuchel is expected to sign at least two centre-backs ahead of the 2022-23 season.
But the Blues might have to turn their attention elsewhere, with Barcelona closing in on their long-term target.
Arsenal have no intention to send William Saliba on his fourth loan move since joining the club this season.
Fabrizio Romano reports Mikel Arteta considers the 20-year-old centre-back part of his first-team squad and the Arsenal board are keen to discuss a new contract.
The Gunners will only change their mind on his exit if they receive a 'crazy bid', potentially ending Marseille's hopes of signing him permanently.

Cech joins Bruce Buck, Marina Granovskaia, Guy Laurence and Christophe Lollichon out of the Chelsea exit door since Todd Boehly's takeover.

And he has now said 'the time is right' for him to depart as part of a mass exodus.
On top of Arsenal potentially announcing Gabriel Jesus' Emirates Stadium arrival, there is expected to be at least two more transfers made official today.

West Ham United are also primed to announce the permanent signing of goalkeeper Alfonse Areola for a £10.3m fee.
Manchester United are intersted in signing Nicolas Tagliafico, according to The Mail.
The Red Devils are also in the hunt for Lisandro Martinez and Antony, who were two favourites of Erik ten Hag at Ajax but Tagliafico is also seemingly on their radar.
He is out of contract in 2023 which is why the Amsterdam giants are ready to consider a sale.
United have seemingly missed out on Tyrell Malacia, who is set to join Lyon for around £12m.
Liverpool are confident they can land Borussia Dortmund star Jude Bellingham next summer, reports claim.
The Reds have long been linked with the 19-year-old England starlet.
But they now have a stronger belief that they can attract him to Anfield in 2023 now that Man City have decided to pursue Kalvin Phillips, according to the Sun.
They feel that City will be less interested in signing Bellingham now that they have added yet another midfielder to Pep Guardiola's squad.
West Ham have opened discussions with Jesse Lingard over a free transfer return to the East London club.
Lingard will officially leave Manchester United when his contract expires at the end of June.
The 29-year-old endured a frustrating year under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and then Ralf Rangnick. He had excelled at West Ham the year before, scoring nine goals in 16 appearances during a prolific loan spell.
The Athletic claim that the Hammers are now in talks over a permanent move for the free agent.
Mohamed Salah 'threatening' Liverpool with contract stance
Robbie Fowler believes Mohamed Salah was ‘threatening’ Liverpool by saying he will definitely be a Reds player next season.
Salah has just a year remaining on his contract and discussions over an extension have hit an impasse, with both parties distant over their demands.
Despite that, the 29-year-old forward has said he will definitely be at Liverpool next season and quashed reports of a departure this summer. Fowler believes it is a way of telling the Anfield club that he has the power by being able to leave for free and receive a big offer elsewhere.
“What salary does a player in the top three in the world command,” Fowler wrote in the Mirror.
“He obviously believes it’s more than Liverpool are offering. But if my old club are running complex calculations, then so too is Salah - and it can never be a precise science. I think him saying no matter what happens with his contract, he’ll be at Anfield next year was clearly a threat.
“His calculation is that if he gets to leave Liverpool next summer on a free, with his salary and with a big bonus because there’s no fee, he’ll get that level of wages. That can work, often does.”

Newcastle prepare offer for Arsenal and Man Utd target Osimhen
Newcastle will make an offer of a ‘significant sum’ to sign rumoured Arsenal and Manchester United target Victor Osimhen, according to reports in the Italian media.
The Magpies are keen to strengthen their attack ahead of next season and have the money to splash on an expensive new striker.
Gazzetta dello Sport claim that Newcastle are tempted to make a big offer for the Nigerian but the player is not particularly tempted by a transfer to St. James’ Park.
Given the lack of movement by Arsenal and United over a transfer, he would prefer to remain at Napoli and play in the Champions League.
Manchester United's relentless pursuit of Barcelona ace Frenkie de Jong this summer means they could now miss out on signing Feyenoord left-back Tyrell Malacia.
The Premier League giants are interested in the 22-year-old, but while they have put all energy into their De Jong chase, French giants Lyon have submitted three bids for the player and are firmly in the driving seat.
Juventus stance on Chelsea's Matthijs de Ligt swap deal
Juventus and Chelsea are locked in talks over a potential Matthijs de Ligt transfer that could see the defender make the move to west London. Blues boss Thomas Tuchel is happy to offer Juve Timo Werner as part of a swap deal - but the Old Lady would rather have Christian Pulisic.
Joao Felix breaks silence on Atletico Madrid future
Atletico Madrid striker Joao Felix has played down his chances of leaving the Spanish capital this summer amid links to Tottenham Hotspur. The 22-year-old is determined to overturn his fortunes at Atletico and realise the potential that prompted his £113million arrival in 2019.
Speaking to Maisfutebol while starting preparations to return for pre-season next month, he said: "A departure from Atletico is not on the table. I'm fine and focused on Atletico. I am calm about the future [and] aware of what I can do."
Chelsea target Ousmane Dembele is reportedly 'disappointed' at their contract offer because it is not significantly higher than Barcelona's. The Blues were given a massive boost when it emerged that Barcelona could pull their offer off the table just days before the Frenchman's deal expires. But they now face a battle to convince him to move to Stamford Bridge.
Arsenal’s impending transfer of Manchester City ace Gabriel Jesus might cause them problems as the Brazil international has previously revealed that he sees himself as more of a winger than an out-and-out striker.
So that means Gunners boss Mikel Arteta might not have his striker nightmare answered. And it also means the Spaniard might have to reassess his desire to sign Leeds star Raphinha, who could face competition with Jesus for a place in the team.
Man Utd's transfer troubles worsen amid Christian Eriksen snub
Manchester United's stuttering summer transfer window appears to have taken a turn for the worse amid reports that Christian Eriksen has rejected a move to Old Trafford. Erik ten Hag has made Eriksen a leading transfer target ahead of his first season as United manager but could be set to miss out on his signature.
Man Utd and Arsenal 'hold London meeting for Lisandro Martinez'
Manchester United and Arsenal both reportedly held face-to-face talks with the representatives of Lisandro Martinez in London earlier this week. The Red Devils and the Gunners are battling it out for the services of the Ajax central defender, who could be in line for a move to the Premier League this summer.
Liverpool will reportedly make a £34million bid for Porto's Portugal international Otavio. Porto expect Liverpool to firm up their interest in the versatile attacker after they rejected a £26m offer for the ace from Leeds.
The player’s agent has been in England in an attempt to broker a move for his client, with the Primeira Liga side willing to do business at around the £38m mark.
Despite already having a plethora of talented forwards in his squad, Jurgen Klopp is eying up another player to add to his Liverpool ranks. The German is reportedly monitoring Marco Asensio’s situation at Real Madrid in the belief that he could get the forward’s career back on track.
Breakthrough for Chelsea, who are not only linked with Cristiano Ronaldo but also look to be tying up the loose ends on finally bringing Ousmane Dembele to English shores. Dembele will likely become a free agent at the start of July as discussions over a new deal with La Liga giants Barcelona continue to stall.
The Red Devils have directly informed Cristiano Ronaldo that he's not available this summer after Jorge Mendes discussed a potential transfer with Chelsea owner Todd Boehly. With Bayern Munich also offered Ronaldo's services, United have come out with a strict stance on his future, in order to deter all future speculation.
We’re over two weeks into the summer transfer window and a whole host of clubs are desperately pursuing new faces to bolster their squads.
