Arteta comments on Partey return after red card against Liverpool

"I didn't understand the substitutions at all. As soon as you're fatigued, one of the first things that goes is your decision-making skills. So again, it points to the obvious."
Sinclair says it is not the first time Arteta has made the wrong call with Partey.
He added: "We've seen Arteta make this mistake with Partey [before], obviously he wants him in the team, for the north London derby a year ago.
"He'd been out injured, he rushed him back for the game, he'd not really trained with the team, he played him, he picked up an injury, he was out for months."
