Jurgen Klopp must use Liverpool's tried-and-tested method to land 'priority' transfer
LIVERPOOL are reportedly plotting a big summer move
Klopp responds to Salah's comments about contract negotiations
The transfer window has only been open for a fortnight, but already, Liverpool have been inundated with a host of players who are seemingly keen to link up with Jurgen Klopp's side.
Despite sitting 11 points behind leaders Manchester City, Liverpool seem well-positioned to run Pep Guardiola's men close in their bid to secure a second Premier League title in three years.
Given their healthy position, nobody would blame Klopp and Liverpool for dipping into the transfer market this month to help sustain their title bid.
The Reds have been remarkably quiet in the market over the past 12 months. £36million-man Ibrahima Konate was Liverpool's sole summer signing after last year's injury crisis cost Liverpool a chance at retaining their domestic crown.

Ironically, it's slightly further forward that Klopp's side have suffered this year following an injury crisis in midfield.
However, Klopp has so far shown no hint of buckling and going back on his transfer stance - despite being linked with a host of talented names such as Franck Kessie, Aurelien Tchouameni and Aguibou Camara.
And according to new reports, the Reds are keeping their powder dry until the summer in order to prioritise a move for Borussia Dortmund's teenage sensation, Jude Bellingham.
It appears that Klopp also recognises that Liverpool would be better off biding their time and paying big money for, arguably, the best midfielder on the market rather than rushing into a hastily-arranged solution in January.
Liverpool's vacancy in midfield has been well-documented after Klopp decided not to pursue a replacement for Gini Wijnaldum after the Dutchman departed for Paris Saint-Germain last summer.
And whilst a host of youngsters have performed admirably in midfield this year, Klopp is well aware that an elite addition in the middle of the park would help Liverpool regain their Premier League crown.
After his rapid evolution in Germany over the past 18 months, Bellingham certainly fits that mold.
Under Klopp, Liverpool have shown in the past that they're not afraid to make big decisions and pay big money in the transfer market.
They stole a march on rivals by sealing mega-money deals for Alisson and Virgil van Dijk to help aid their title ambitions.
Both players were of interest to a host of top European sides; only for Liverpool to gazump their rivals with their incisive approach.
The importance of those signings is still paramount to this day.
And that clean, swift transfer strategy can pay dividends once again and help them bat away rival interest in the race for Bellingham's signature in the summer.

While thrashing out a deal for Bellingham isn't likely to be straightforward, the Reds can steal a march on their rivals by acting in a similarly decisive manner.
Given that Klopp and transfer chief Michael Edwards seem to be ignoring the plethora of midfielders that have been linked with a switch to Merseyside this month, that appears to be exactly what they're doing.
Despite his tender years, there's every possibility that Bellingham can inspire the Reds in a similar way Alisson and van Dijk have over the past couple of years.
And even if Bellingham does prove to be more of a slow burn than that duo, he possesses the pedigree to help form an integral part of Liverpool's squad for the next decade and beyond.
