Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has confirmed reports that he's interested in West Ham United forward Jarrod Bowen. Amid uncertainty surrounding a number of his attacking players this season, Klopp could be eyeing a move for the 24-year-old.
In July, The Athletic reported that Liverpool would look to strengthen their attack if Xherdan Shaqiri and Divock Origi departed before the summer transfer deadline.
But while Shaqiri left the club for Lyon, Origi stayed to continue his role as a backup striker, shelving plans to sign a new forward.
The report claims Klopp highly rates Bowen, with Liverpool viewing him as a player with 'massive potential' who could provide competition across the front line.

While Origi is still at the club, another upcoming scenario could force Liverpool to enter the market for a new forward.
Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane will jet off for the 2022 African Cup of Nations at the end of December, leaving Klopp with limited options in attack.
Roberto Firmino and Diogo Jota will likely be sure starters, but the third attacking spot will be occupied by Origi or Takumi Minamino.
In such a crucial period for Liverpool's title defence, Klopp could push the club to pursue a new forward capable of challenging for a place in his side.
