Tottenham boss Antonio Conte has been backed to sell at least four members of his first-team squad. Conte was only appointed Spurs coach on Tuesday but there have already been strong rumours about the potential transfer business the Italian could look to complete in January.
A host of players from Serie A have been linked with a move to Spurs.
Conte is set to be given a budget of £150million to spend on new signings.
But the former Chelsea boss is likely to have to shift some unwanted members of his squad first.
Liverpool legend Steve Nicol believes Conte must keep hold of star striker Harry Kane, despite his poor start to the season following summer transfer interest from Manchester City.

"The fact he sometimes hasn't been in the 18, the only way I can look at that is to suggest that there's something wrong with his attitude.
"But when you've got his ability and you don't even get in the squad, either you've chucked it, maybe the manager just doesn't fancy him at all, but it kind of suggests that his head's not in it.
"Harry Winks isn't going to make Tottenham any better, not at all."
Tanguy Ndombele has often been linked with a move away from Spurs.

But Nicol reckons the Frenchman is worth persisting with for Conte.
He said: "Ndombele's one of those guys where every now and again he shows you something that makes you want to think that he's about to turn the corner, but he just never has done in two seasons.
"I think you keep him, maybe Conte can get something out of him, I think he has ability.
"But right now it doesn't seem as though he knows how to channel the ability that he's got to make the team better."
