Luke Shaw thrashed home the opening goal for the Three Lions against the Italians, but the Manchester United full-back fails to make the Team of the Tournament despite his performances.
Instead, his club team-mate Harry Maguire - who scored with a thumping penalty in the shootout defeat - is in the XI.
Maguire did not feature until the final group match due to an ankle injury he suffered while playing for Man Utd but he performed well in his five appearances.
The 28-year-old also scored one of the goals in England's 4-0 quarter-final victory over Ukraine.

Fellow Three Lions defender Kyle Walker is in the team alongside forward Raheem Sterling, who scored three times during the tournament.
Only three of the XI picked by UEFA officials did not play in the final at Wembley on Sunday.
Denmark and Tottenham midfielder Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg is alongside Spain's 18-year-old starlet Pedri in the middle.
Romelu Lukaku has earned a place ahead of Ronaldo and Harry Kane, despite both scoring more.

Italy goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma was named as the best goalkeeper and takes his place in goal, although there will be some debate over whether Jordan Pickford was better.
Donnarumma is in the side alongside tournament-winning team-mates Leonardo Bonucci, Leonardo Spinazzola, Jorginho and Federico Chiesa.
Bonucci netted Italy's equaliser in the final and his partnership with Giorgio Chiellini was excellent.
Spinazzola was a key threat for Italy at left wing-back until he devastatingly ruptured his Achilles in the quarter-final win over Belgium.
