Euro 2020 briefing: France, Portugal begin with wins
BBC were forced to apologise to viewers for Wales' Euro 2020 game against Turkey after pictures went blank with only ONE camera working at the stadium. Both sides headed into the match needing to pick up all three points.
"I apologise if you, like us, are losing your pictures," he said.
"We have the advantage of having the pitch in front of us of course but we are suffering the same technical difficulties at the moment.
"I gather now that your camera is limited to just one camera so I will do my best.
"This is UEFA coverage I remind you, it's not our coverage, as does every other broadcaster across the globe covering this tournament."

Fortunately, viewers didn't miss much during the technical defect before pictures returning.
And Welsh supporters would have been delighted that the cameras were working when Aaron Ramsey opened the scoring for his country just before the end of the half.
Gareth Bale picked out the Juventus midfielder with a delightful ball over the top of Turkey's defence with Ramsey finishing smartly to give Wales a 1-0 lead heading into the break.
At half-time, BBC presenter Gabby Logan also addressed the technical issues they were facing with the coverage.

Any second now I expect to hear David Coleman sounding like he's speaking on a walkie-talkie.
"Well, wherever you're from I think you'll agree it was a great half of football," Logan said.
"But we have to apologise, of course Steve explained these pictures come from UEFA's headquarters, they control the feeds.
"Obviously there were some technical difficulties going on in that.
"We went to the high, wide camera, obviously breaking up pictures, commentary went out of sync, but overall in terms of Wales' performance that was a very good half of football."
