Man Utd: What could tempt Haaland to Old Trafford?
Manchester United are relying on Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s close bond with Erling Haaland when it comes to signing the Borussia Dortmund star this summer, reports say. The 20-year-old has been in devastating form this season. And the Red Devils are hoping to bring him to the Premier League.

Solskjaer helped refine the player’s shooting techniques, helping shape him into the goalscoring powerhouse he is today.
Haaland paid tribute to the United boss last year, saying: "Solskjaer and I did some practice on finishing. Not just crosses. I remember he taught me some easy rules.
"The first one was one-touch [finishes]. That I don't use too much power and trying to destroy the goal or the goalie with ball.
“I think that I was thinking about doing that and it was something new that he told me. I trained a bit on that, but without scoring, but at least I had it in my head after that training session.
"He has taught me a lot to be calm, and also be on your toes and come to those situations where the ball is coming.
“It is then you have the chance to score. He deserves a lot of credit for teaching me that."

Meanwhile, regarding Cavani, former United star Owen Hargreaves thinks the club should do everything they can to keep hold of the veteran.
"You’ve got to keep him, he’s fabulous,” he said after the striker scored against Granada in the Europa League on Thursday night.
“I think, first of all, he’s a great goal scorer and his minutes per goal show that. He’s the best player at United for that.
“I think everyone would love to have Harry Kane and Haaland, but with Cavani there, you don’t have to go and spend £100 million on a player because if you spend it there, then there are other positions needed.
“They need a right-winger, they need a central midfielder, they need a centre-back. With Cavani there, he’s almost an insurance policy and you can go and spend it on three other players in important positions.

“I think if Cavani played the whole of next season, then he could easily get you 25 goals, with the other boys.
"Just as a mentor for Marcus Rashford, Mason Greenwood and [Anthony] Martial – he’s perfect. I would 100% keep him and invest the money in other positions.”
Solskjaer did recently acknowledge it would understandable if Cavani left.
“I’ve kept in touch with Edi of course. We keep an open dialogue and he’s still unsure what he wants to do next season, which I find fine,” said the United boss.
“It's not been easy year either for him or the rest of the world, this season, so he still wants time to make his mind up.”
