Liverpool: Klopp responds to Salah transfer comments
Liverpool insist Jurgen Klopp is still fine with Mohamed Salah's situation at the club despite claims surfacing that he is not happy at Anfield. Salah gave an interview with Spanish media last week claiming he was disappointed at not being named captain for the Champions League match against Midtjylland earlier this month. The Egyptian also discussed the potential of moving to the likes of Real Madrid and Barcelona.
Following Saturday's 7-0 drubbing of Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park, Klopp insisted there was "nothing to say from my side, all fine" with regards to Salah's situation.
But since then, Salah's former international team-mate Mohamed Aboutrika has given an interview claiming that the 28-year-old is not happy on Merseyside.
Aboutrika told beIN SPORTS: "I called Salah about his situation in Liverpool and he is upset.
"Salah is not happy in Liverpool. One of the things that made Salah angry was that he was not the captain against Midtjylland.
