Arsenal: Mikel Arteta addresses Houssem Aouar transfer rumours
Arsenal are interested in signing both Thomas Partey and Houssem Aouar before Monday's transfer deadline but Gunners legend Nigel Winterburn would prefer the Atletico Madrid midfielder to make a switch to the Emirates.

"Players like Thomas Partey and Houssem Aouar are players that I’m pleased to see Arsenal linked with. They are different types of players that can bolster a midfield," Winterburn told Free Super Tips.
"I really like Partey because he is quick, solid and powerful off the ball as much as on it.
"There have been times in the past when Arsenal fail to break things down because of the pace of other teams on the counterattack, which is something that Partey could come in to do.
"He takes the ball in tight situations and has the power and the ability to go past the opposing midfield players.

Meanwhile, Arsenal legend Ian Wright wants to see Aouar join the club before the transfer deadline passes.
Speaking after the defeat to Liverpool on Monday he said: "[They need] Someone who they can pass the ball to, who is comfortable to receive it with someone on his back, who can pop it off, who can turn it round the corner.
"From there Arsenal can play but we can’t do that at the moment. That’s why it’s imperative we get Aouar from Lyon.
"He’s someone that can get on the ball and get the forwards going. you saw the chances that Ceballos made when he came on. that’s what Arsenal need."
Arsenal return to action against Liverpool tomorrow night in the Carabao Cup.
