It’s been a busy last seven days at Goodison Park, with Everton getting no fewer than three big name signings in the door. First, Allan arrived from Napoli with James Rodriguez confirmed as a Toffee days later, with the two players reunited with their former manager Carlo Ancelotti on Merseyside.
Abdoulaye Doucoure joined from Watford on Tuesday for good measure as Everton significantly bolster their squad for a push at European football in the new season.
Everton start their 2020/21 Premier League campaign away to Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday, with all three of their latest signings expected to be in the match-day squad.
The Toffees could still get some deals done before the close of the window, though.

Everton bid for Napoli ace ‘within hours’
Everton are apparently set to finalise an offer for Napoli forward Hirving Lozano within hours, with Ancelotti keen to work with the Mexican international again.
CalcioMercato journalist Daniele Longo claims the Goodison Park club will lodge a bid for Lozano, who has struggled to settle in Serie A since making the move to Napoli from PSV Eindhoven last summer.
Ancelotti was the manager who signed Lozano before being sacked as Napoli boss and the Italian wants to work with the Mexican again at Everton.

The Toffees have previously been linked with a move for Lozano. Marcel Brands also knows the South American well having been at PSV with him.
This could potentially be a factor in any move this summer.
True cost of James Rodriguez move revealed
Everton’s signing of James from Real Madrid caused waves around football and it’s only now that the true cost of the transfer has been revealed.
According to Foot Mercato, Real Madrid were so desperate to get the Colombian international off their wage bill that they offered him to Everton for free despite the transfer fee officially being listed at €25m (£22m).

The 29-year-old was into the final year of his contract at the Santiago Bernabeu and Real Madrid apparently made it impossible for Everton to pass on signing him this summer.
James made just eight La Liga appearances for Real Madrid last season, failing to break his way into Zinedine Zidane’s first team as Los Blancos won the Spanish title.
Kean keen on Serie A return
Moise Kean is reportedly keen on a return to Juventus this summer only one year after making the move to Everton from the Serie A giants.
According to CalcioMercato (via Sport Witness), the young forward now understands that he is not ready for a career outside Italy and would like to return to his homeland in order to resume his development.
The possibility of a return to Juventus has been raised, although Everton have no intention of letting Kean leave the club having spent (£25m) €27.5m on him only last summer.
Another option could be a loan to a Serie A club, possibly for two seasons, with the player’s agent Mino Raiola working on possible options for the 20-year-old with Borussia Dortmund reportedly interested.
