"We have not yet had an offer," he said. "We know that clubs are interested, but there is no official offer."
Havertz returned to training last week and is preparing to compete in the Europa League next month.
Chelsea will have to wait until after the final on August 21 before they can make the Germany international their player.
"He is focused," Rolfes said of the midfielder. "Kai is relaxed with the speculations, is focused, in a good mood.

"He makes a good impression. Like the other players, the holiday did him good.
"In a transfer window, which is particularly long this time, it is normal that not everything is always cleared up early.
