Man Utd: Bruno Fernandes shows off impressive skills in training
Manchester United could sign Sporting Lisbon youngster Nuno Mendes with help from Bruno Fernandes’ agent, reports claim. The Red Devils signed the Portugal international in January, paying £46million in order to seal a transfer. And they could now return to the 25-year-old’s former club to sign one of their most-promising players.

It took the Juventus star time to find his feet but he went on to propel United to three straight Premier League titles before leaving for Real Madrid in 2009.
Nani joined in 2007 and, like Ronaldo, achieved much success throughout his spell at the Theatre of Dreams.
The Portugal international won four league titles with United and was popular among fans before eventually being cut loose by Louis van Gaal.
And Marcos Rojo joined in 2014. He’s helped United win the FA Cup, EFL Cup and Europa League so far - but is likely to be sold this summer.
United’s interest in Mendes is surprising, however.
Luke Shaw has been in stellar form for the Red Devils of late, with the England international finally getting back to his Southampton best.
And Brandon Williams has enjoyed a solid first season in the United first team, making 12 league appearances this season.
Meanwhile, speaking recently, United chief Ed Woodward opened up on his side’s potential transfer business this summer.
And he admitted things wouldn’t be business as normal, saying: "We will continue looking for more ways of supporting those in need for as long as the pandemic continues.
"Everyone is grappling with the economic realities of the pandemic and we are no different. The longer the crisis continues the greater the impact will be for every club, including ourselves.
"But it is important to acknowledge the part played by our successful business in allowing us to fulfil our social responsibilities. We have always believed that our commercial model gives us greater resilience than most clubs.
"We are eager to see the team return to the field as soon as we are advised it is safe to do so.
“And while it may be that games need to be played behind closed doors in the shorter term, we all recognise that football will not be fully back to normal until supporters are once again in attendance."
Other targets for United include Jadon Sancho, Jack Grealish and Jude Bellingham.
They’ve also been linked with Bayer Leverkusen’s Kai Havertz - but Chelsea appear to be in pole position for the 20-year-old’s signature.
