Man Utd: Sancho could help team win the league says expert
Manchester United are thought to be leading the race to sign Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho but Liverpool legend Emile Heskey thinks his former club will be keeping tabs on the situation.
Sancho has been highlighted as United's top priority this summer and he will command a fee in excess of £100million.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will be backed heavily when the transfer window reopens as he looks to finalise his squad overhaul.
However, Liverpool also need to bolster their attacking ranks with Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah set to miss large periods of next season due to the African Cup of Nations.
And Heskey reckons Klopp will already be looking at his former side Dortmund to check out Sancho's availability.
"When you look at Jadon Sancho’s age, he will always be an asset to Liverpool," Heskey told GentingBet.

"In two to three years, you’ve got an ageing Liverpool side – even though in this day and age and with the fitness levels of all the players, age is nothing.
"But having someone young, fresh and dynamic coming in, it will only add to the squad and I think that is where Jurgen is going to be looking at next.
"What can he add to the squad that is going to give Liverpool that little bit more longevity."
Sancho left Manchester City in pursuit of regular football at Dortmund three years ago.
