Man Utd: Cavani ‘won’t change club’s destiny’ says pundit
Manchester United and Chelsea target Edinson Cavani hasn’t been included in Paris Saint-Germain’s squad against Lille due to the ongoing transfer rumours. Cavani’s future at the Parc des Princes is uncertain with United, the Blues and Atletico Madrid keeping tabs on him.
According to Metro, PSG boss Thomas Tuchel confirmed that he has decided not to include the star striker for Sunday’s trip to the Stade Pierre-Mauroy due to all the speculation surrounding him.
Tuchel said: “It’s a little bit the same thing with Edi.
“He has been training with us for the past few days, but the situation is not clear for him either. And for that, he will not be available for tomorrow.”
Atletico appear to have an advantage in the bidding war over Cavani as he has reportedly agreed to move to Madrid.

Lampard said: “I think the impetus to bring in a striker or players potentially that can get on the end of these chances that we’re creating is there. I think we have to be really honest about that.
“And I think the recent games have shown that if we are struggling to create, that’s one problem.
“But when you’re creating 20 chances a game – which is a lot of the games we’ve played recently – and not scoring enough goals then that can be crucial.
“So I don’t think it absolutely changes it but of course Tammy has been our main source of goals so yes, it’s very relevant.
