Maddison has impressed for Leicester this season, netting five goals and chipping in with two assists.
Grealish, meanwhile, has dominated upon his return to the Premier League and is in line for an England call up.
Solskjaer was under immense pressure prior to United’s recent winning run which as seen them beat Partizan, Norwich and Chelsea.
Reports claimed United could have sacked the Norwegian if the Red Devils lost at Norwich in the Premier League.
However, United’s new-found form has bought Solskjaer time at Old Trafford.

“Straight away he said he had a plan and this is what he wanted to do and that it would take a while.
“You have to accept that and I’m sure United know that as well. He’s been brave because the expectations at United are so high.”
