Man Utd: David De Gea thanks fans for 'believing in him'
The Spanish goalkeeper was critical of his team’s performances this season following their 1-0 defeat at Newcastle.
"The whole season isn't acceptable for us," he said after the game.
"We have injuries but it's not an excuse. We are Manchester United. We need to train hard to keep fighting and to get back to winning games."
