Liverpool: Jurgen Klopp gives injury update on Alisson
Liverpool will only decide to name Alisson in the starting line-up against Manchester United if he completes a full week of training.
Jurgen Klopp has been without his No 1 goalkeeper since the opening day of the season when he suffered a calf tear in the win over Norwich.
Summer signing Adrian has filled in exceptionally well in Alisson’s absence, with Liverpool winning all of their eight opening league games.
But Liverpool fans are eager to see their defensive line restored to full strength with last season’s Golden Glove winner in goal.

And it looks like the Brazil international could be set to make his return in Sunday’s clash away at Old Trafford this weekend.
However, the Telegraph report Klopp will only choose Alisson if he can prove his fitness in the days leading up to the game.
There were also concerns over whether Mohamed Salah would be fit for the United match after suffering an ankle injury in the game against Leicester before the international break.
Hamza Choudhury was heavily criticised by Klopp for his rough challenge on Salah, which forced the Egyptian to limp off the field.

However, scans have shown Salah escaped without suffering any serious injury and is set to feature against Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side.
United are also expected to be close to full strength with a host of players set to return from injury.
Paul Pogba, Anthony Martial, Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Luke Shaw are all said to be in contention to come back into the side in a much-needed boost to Solskjaer.
United have endured a torrid start to the campaign, yielding just two wins from the opening eight games.
