Mario Mandzukic should NOT move to Man Utd says pundit
Manchester United have been linked with a late move for Juventus hitman Mandzukic, who was being eyed earlier in the week as part of a swap deal involving Paulo Dybala and Romelu Lukaku.
It is claimed that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Ed Woodward have given up on landing the Croatia international for two reasons - with the first being his age.
Solskjaer has spent the summer trying to sign younger players for his United side, with Daniel James, Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Harry Maguire all having the peak years of their career ahead of them.

But the club have been angry at Portuguese media for stirring the pot over Bruno Fernandes, who they have again insisted isn't in their sights.
Sean Longstaff was being linked with a move earliier in the transfer window.
But Newcastle's decision to slap a £50million price tag on the 21-year-old has been enough to deter Solskjaer and Woodward from launching a bid.
Solskjaer did say last week he was still hoping to sign players - but that now looks unlikely.
“We still hope one or two deals can be done. We’ve been working on cases for a long time and suddenly the deal can be done when it’s dragging on,” he said.
