England Women will aim to reach their first ever World Cup final when they take on defending champions the United States in Lyon.
The Lionesses have a perfect record so far in the tournament, winning all three group matches before seeing off Cameroon and Norway in the knockout stages.
Victory over the USA would see a senior England side reach a major global final for the first time since 1966, and Neville has no injury concerns among his squad heading into the vital clash.
Captain Steph Houghton and centre-back partner Millie Bright both completed 90 minutes in the quarter-final, having overcome and ankle injury and a virus respectively.

Toni Duggan will provide creativity from the opposite flank while Jill Scott is likely to get the nod in central midfield once more, having started every match in the run to the semi-finals.
Neville has a tough call to make regarding Scott’s midfield partner, with Fran Kirby registering a couple of subdued performances against Cameroon and Norway.
Beth Mead and Georgia Stanway offer alternatives, although their selection would see England switch to a 4-2-3-1 formation.
In attack, Ellen White will continue to lead the line as she hunts the Golden Boot while Jodie Taylor remains an option off the bench.
