Man United: Ole Gunnar Solskjaer discusses transfer window
Manchester United will lose Herrera to PSG, with the Spain international set to move to the Parc des Princes in a transfer that will see him rake in a huge £300,000-a-week.
The Spain international confirmed he would be leaving before the 2-0 defeat to Cardiff on Sunday, saying: “This is not an easy day or an easy decision, but sometimes in life you have to take decisions.
“Sometimes the timing is just not right and you have to move on. I don’t want to be sad, I want to thank all the fans for all they have done for me in the last five years.
“I have enjoyed so much playing for this club, I have felt so privileged to represent this club every time I have done it.”

Man United rebuild will take 'THREE YEARS' says pundit
“It clearly didn’t end the way we’d hoped, finishing in sixth place and with a disruptive managerial change part-way through,” he said.
“However, Ole and the squad battled back from mid-December to put us in contention to qualify for the Champions League next season and ultimately we came up short.
“While the last few weeks were disappointing, we’re delighted to have confirmed Ole as our manager on a three-year contract and to have recently confirmed key members of the coaching team: Mick Phelan, Michael Carrick, Kieran McKenna and Mark Dempsey will all be remaining at the club.
“Everyone at the club – the board, the manager, the squad and all the staff – are resolute in our desire to get United back to the top of English football. We continually look to improve staff on and off the pitch to achieve this.
“The strength of our business means we have the financial resources to continue to provide a solid foundation for backing the manager and creating success on the pitch.
