What would Tottenham win mean for Arsenal, Chelsea and Man Utd in Champions League race?
TOTTENHAM face Brighton tonight in the Premier League but what would a Spurs win mean for Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United’s Champions League hopes? Express Sport reveals all.
A victory for Mauricio Pochettino’s men would also move them four points clear of Arsenal and Manchester United.
That pair will get the chance to close any gap on Wednesday with Arsenal travelling to Wolves and Manchester United hosting Pep Guardiola’s Man City.
And though Tottenham have a Champions League semi-final to look forward to against Ajax this season, Pochettino is determined not to let the Premier League focus slip.
“We’re not thinking about Ajax, like we showed [against Manchester City on Saturday],” he said.

Tottenham: Pochettino discusses Spurs' top four chances
“We showed [against them] we were thinking of that competition, the Premier League.
“Now our energy is on Brighton. I think it is so clear we have two alternatives.
“One is to be in the top four at the end of the season and the other is to beat Ajax but we have to go step by step. That’s important.
“The players know it. Their behaviour and mentality is perfect.
“You know very well I don’t need to tell them. I think they were very professional against City.”
